She Codes AI

The “SHE Codes AI” project, jointly implemented by Matrix Academy and Rabita Bank, aims to support women in gaining knowledge and skills in programming and artificial intelligence and taking their first steps toward a career in technology.

As part of the project, more than 100 women have been provided with educational opportunities in Foundation and Generative AI programs. In addition to gaining practical knowledge in fundamental programming and artificial intelligence, participants attended information sessions on career development and the recruitment process.

The “SHE Codes AI” initiative is designed to increase women’s participation in the technology sector, develop their digital skills, and expand their career opportunities in emerging technology fields.
