Her IT Journey

The “Her IT Journey” project, jointly organized by Matrix Academy and the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, was implemented to support women living in the regions in developing their knowledge and skills in technology and expanding their career opportunities in the ICT sector.

As part of the project, 30 women from the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Oghuz, Gadabay, and other regions of Azerbaijan were selected to participate in an intensive bootcamp program in UX/UI Design and Data Analytics.

Throughout the program, participants gained practical knowledge and skills in their chosen fields while also exploring career opportunities in technology. The project focused on developing the digital skills of women from the regions and preparing them for professional careers in the ICT sector.

“Her IT Journey” is one of the projects contributing to the development of ICT human capital in the regions by expanding women’s access to opportunities in technology.
