Bir gənc - Bir gələcək

“Bir gənc – bir gələcək” is a social education project that supports young girls from socially vulnerable backgrounds in developing digital skills, unlocking their potential, and taking confident steps toward their future careers.

Implemented in collaboration with the Child Shelter – Reintegration Center operating under the Azerbaijan Children’s Union, the project is designed for young girls aged 16–20. Participants gain practical knowledge in computer literacy, graphic design, and soft skills, while preparing for professional life through HR sessions, job interviews, seminars, and exposure to the startup ecosystem.

The main goal of the project is to expand young girls’ access to education and development opportunities, support their social integration, and create opportunities for them to take their first steps toward digital careers.
